2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kbk33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions through any method outside of these are not accepted.

2.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Deposit or withdrawal requests below the specified limits will not be processed. kbk33 reserves the right to set and change maximum deposit and withdrawal limits and will communicate these at the appropriate time.

2.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. kbk33 may request identity verification or additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed if there are pending bonus wagering requirements on your account.

2.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all deposited funds come from a legal source and have no connection to money laundering. In the case of suspicious transactions, kbk33 may suspend the account and withdrawals until an investigation is complete.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or, depositing ৳6,000 adds a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 (2,000 × 25) in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable only to the player in whose name the account is registered.
• Claiming multiple bonuses using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• kbk33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kbk33 may cancel the bonus and review the account.

3.4 VIP Program

The kbk33 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. kbk33 will communicate the benefits and specific terms for each tier separately.

4.1 Placing & Cancelling Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a technical issue or incorrectly displayed odds, kbk33 reserves the right to cancel the bet, and in such cases the original bet amount will be refunded.

4.2 Sports Betting

4.3 Casino & Live Games

4.4 Fraudulent Activity Prohibited

Any attempt to use betting software, bots, arbitrage strategies, or to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

kbk33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or subsequently altering information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

5.2 Voluntary Account Closure
